Return & Refund Policy

At BMW Auto Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Electrical and electronic parts are not returnable once installed or used.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@bmwautoparts.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for “change-of-mind” returns.

    • If the item was delivered wrong, defective, or damaged, return shipping will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed parts

  • Electrical/electronic parts once installed

  • Custom/special orders

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Any incorrect, defective, or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to be processed.

  • In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to “change-of-mind” returns.
